5 Productivity Tips

Check out these 5 new tips to help you increase your productivity.

1. Change The Way You Sync Up With Your Team

Don't get rid of meeting all together but change them up a little bit. Cut the time in half or make them more informal.

2. Get Real on Your Productivity Successes and Failures

Evaluate any holes or reoccurring interruptions that may happen on a daily basis and determine how much you can feasibly get done in a 40-hour week.

3.  Focus on Your Primary Duties

In 2016, American office workers are spending only 39% of their time on the primary job duties they were hired for. Being helpful and flexible is important but make sure your primary responsibilities are not being put on the back burner.

4. Bring Lunch Hour Back From the Dead

57% of American workers take 30 minutes or less for a lunch break. Taking breaks actually increases productivity. Not to mention, fueling up on food rather than multiple cups of coffee will better sustain you throughout your day.
